Objectives

The work plan is organized in 5 work packages. Whereby WP1 and WP5 are accompanying the workplan over the whole period, WP2, WP3 and WP4 are performed in sequential order with a certain overlap.

This is due to the independence of certain tasks of sequencing work packages which can start in parallel. Between WP2 and WP3 a feedback loop will be established.

WP 3

MAY 22 - AUG 24

  • Development of the overall solution
  • Integration of the existing frameworks into the overall solution
  • Creation of standardized interfaces

WP 4

OCT 22 - AUG 24

The overall objective is the empirical evaluation of the developed system in the field at two different stages in the development process. This involves assessing the impact of the developed system collecting user feedback and analysing how the system is received and used by study participants in the field. Accordingly, two field trials will be implemented following a mixed methods approach. The practical implementation of the two field trials includes the following aspects:

  • Operationalization of the evaluation objectives including the preparation of instruments and tools
  • Planning and implementation of procedures and mechanisms to support the study participants
  • Recruitment of participants
  • Conduction of the trials
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected in the trials
